Pain treatment Chronic-pain treatment was established when we were able to resume the MSF programme in the Murray Town Amputees' Camp in early 2001. The pain clinic was not limited to particular problems, and anyone with pain was able to attend; however, most of those who attended were amputees table 2 ; .
